Our customers include financial institutions, corporates, sovereigns, banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. Our integrated, cross-product teams anticipate the needs of our clients, and meet them through excellent service and seamless execution.
Our model is simple, with two customer-facing businesses:
Financing & Risk Solutions (F&RS): Is our debt capital markets, financing and risk management origination business for corporate and financial institution clients. We have a reputation for working closely together to bring those clients the best of our thinking and products in a way that directly suits their needs. Our clients place a premium on insight and innovation and we build our teams focused on origination, structuring, advisory and risk distribution to provide it.
Trading & Flow Sales (T&FS): provides liquidity, thought leadership and risk management in rates, currencies and credit to global financial institutions, investors, counterparties and corporate customers through a combination of voice and electronic delivery.
We have our own board of directors and management team, which allows us to be agile in our decision-making. We encourage connectivity and mobility across our teams and the wider bank, no matter what desk you sit on – this is what allows us to stay nimble and innovative. We encourage diversity of thinking in how we work and in finding the right solution for our clients.
Based in London/Europe, Stamford or Singapore/APAC, we have graduate trainee roles available in both T&FS and F&RS.
You’ll be matched to a team where you will sit and immediately learn and gain valuable experience, quickly becoming an important part of the team.
