Join us as a Lead Software Designer and manage support function across Supervisory Technology application set. Supervisory application is used Bankwide and is mostly used by front office team for control activities.
What the Business does
Supervisory Technology comprises of tools and applications that allows diverse user base to maintain and track the employee data. Over past 18 months the Product set has changed and the focus is on functional enrichment to address Supervisory Reg and Control agenda.
As a Lead Software Designer, your key responsibilities will include:
Design and Development of database aspects of the solutions we deliver
Analyse and understand our intrinsic data to provide information and value to our customers through the toolset.
Working with Business Analysts, end users and other developers to ensure a robust design is captured
Hands on prototyping and development of the solution as needed.
Communicating with customers, developers and other internal IT teams, and be able to articulate between the requirements and the technical solution.
Assisting in technical documentation, design, development and testing.
Working with business analysts and technical experts to deliver work on time and to budget.
The Skills you’ll need
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience:
B.E. / B.TECH. / MCA
8+ years development experience
Strong C# , .Net and ASP.NET knowledge
Good hands on SQL Server and SSIS
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent understanding of good design and coding.
Development of software in an environment with aggressive deadlines
Capturing requirements directly from end users.
Producing functional specifications
Must have: managing and tracking of work assignment
Must have: good familiarity with relational databases
Must have: experience of developing large-scaleapplications
