IT Business Management Analyst

Provide day-to-day, direct support to the CIO and staff admin functions.


This support will take many forms including operational and reporting activities across a range of business disciplines, including:


  • Providing day-to-day support for the extraction, assessment and delivery of all business and project information, reports and financial requests;
  • Gathering a range of business information through discussion and market research to support the businesses’ day-to-day performance;
  • Track staff Holiday time;
  • Maintain CIO’s calendar and screen calls;
  • Assist in defining and communicating the businesses direction;
  • Assist the IT Senior Management Team and IT staff as needed.


People Management:


  • Ensure compliance and completion of all performance management process, all regulatory and compliance mandated learning and development, i.e. GPL, Gold, etc.
  • Oversee global/regional surveys and in coordination with the Regional COO office, track and interpret results for the CIO and SMT to review.
  • Tracking of on boarding and off boarding of IT staff (perm and contractors).
  • Update resource planner, IT Organization charts and seating plans on a timely basis.
  • Assist the CIO and Head of Business Management in analysis and tracking of Perm, Temps, Temps to perm conversion by ensuring adherence to the IT Operating Model.


Communications Specialist:


  • Manage all IT related communications and announcements.
  • In charge of the regional IT intranet site and contribute to IT newsletters and other global/regional digital communication channels.
  • Assist the Head of Business Management with stakeholders' communications and presentations. 


Core Functional Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support for the effective development and execution of the Businesses’ Corporate Governance.
  • Ensure people-related strategies are executed and manage staff communication and events.
  • Manage, co-ordinate and deliver all financial, operational and resource planning activities.
  • Monitor and report business performance.
  • Manage, co-ordinate and provide reports for the business unit as necessary for use throughout M&IB.
  •  Liaise with other Business heads, Business Managers and administrative assistants as necessary.



  • BS/BA preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees on a variety of matters both written and verbal.

Prior work experience in a similar organization preferred
